Swiftstay is a private members' club designed for home exchanges, providing an opportunity for spontaneous getaways to nearby destinations. Members can stay in beautifully appointed homes for a nominal cleaning fee.

The travel system operates on a credit basis. Each member starts with three credits, with the understanding that one credit equates to one night's stay. To earn additional credits, members have the option to list their own residences while they are away, earning 0.2 credits for each night their home is listed and one credit for each night it is booked.

Swiftstay accepts a diverse range of properties, including homes of various sizes, apartments, and townhouses, whether rented or owned. This model fosters a sense of community, akin to having a friend stay at your place while you enjoy your travels.

Our concierge-style home exchange approach ensures a seamless experience; we facilitate professional cleaning before and after each stay, along with check-in and check-out services. Each member receives a kit that includes fresh bed linens, towels, and hotel-quality toiletries, which cleaners utilize when preparing the home for hosting.
